First show, KTS Freiburg, Nov 20th 2010

With Sebi and Dan both shift working and Sebi living about 100km from the rest of us, things went on a bit slower than we would have wished. But nevertheless we planned for a first show in the fall of 2010. When our friends of Footloose booked a show of Burning Love's current european tour we asked to fill in as their support. So it was quite an exciting night for us: not only the first show as a band but also with a band fronted by Chris Colohan whose former bands as Left For Dead, The Swarm and Cursed were quite an influence on us. Of course we asked ourselved what kind of guy Chris would be. Would he be the ever grumpy, totally pissed of, angry as hell guy? Would he, being straight edge, hate us wasted beer drinkers? Chris, as well as his bandmates, turned out to be totally nice guy who enjoys taking pictures of his own excrement and of harmless signs wishing people a pleasant drive ("Gute Fahrt" - and no, it's nothing smelly).

Our gig went pretty well. We were really satisfied and people actually asked for an encore. Too bad we hadn't one. Maybe that's why only two of our brand new shirts were sold? But perhaps we should have told we had some. After having it made to our set so well we enjoyed Burning Love's and Oiro's shows. Before making in to bed we received a call by our friend Tomi who thought he had lost his camera. Dave went looking for it for half an our but didn't find anything, because Tomi hadn't lost the camera as we learned the next day. By the way: poor David was the only one who couldn't enjoy himself totally as he got ill with a nasty cold on the day's morning. Luckily a somewhat scary combination of meds (and gin tonic) given to him by band nurse Dan brought him through the night.
